Ingredients:
Use 4-6 cups of Chopped Fruit
Frozen pineapple
Frozen mango
Banana
Sea Buckthorn berries
Strawberries
Yellow apple
Yellow pear
Golden kiwi Peaches
Prep:
Place all ingredients together in the blender and blend. Voila!
Notes: I love using at least 2-3 frozen fruits to give this smoothie a slushy effect, but you can use only fresh
fruits if you prefer! Also, feel free to change up which fruit you are using with seasonal fruit,
what’s available in your fridge, and what you really like! I always try to add as much yellow and orange fruits as possible, but no citrus fruits or
melons (according to food combining principles).
